BJJ Class descriptions
BJJ and No-Gi: classes with instruction, that are suitable for everyone after taking the Fundamentals Course. On Mondays the class focuses on competition, but is still suitable for all hobbyists. The class prepares participants for the competitions of the season and gives general insight into competition.
BJJ Fundamentals: Start here if you’re new! The Fundamentals classes are for new and experienced athletes alike and teach Alliance Modulo 1 techniques. The course begins four times per year: in February, May, August and November. You can join at any point.
BJJ Advanced: Classes with instruction for all levels, teaching Alliance Modulo 2 techniques. Especially suitable for those having just completed a Fundamentals Course.
BJJ Expert/Instructors: Classes with instruction for athletes Blue Belt and up, and for instructors.
BJJ Women: Dedicated classes for women, both newcomers and experienced athletes. You can join Women’s Classes during your first round of Fundamentals. The class is not strictly tied to gender, we welcome everyone.
BJJ Afterwork: Instructed classes for everyone with knowledge of the Fundamentals.
Open Mat: Open class for sparring and drilling. Welcome to check out the training environment and get to know the people!
Self-Defense and MMA: Classes with instruction focusing on self-defense and Mixed Martial Arts. Suitable for everyone with knowledge of the Fundamentals.
Juniors’ Classes:
Juniors 1 (Koalas) aged 6 through 9 years.
Juniors 2 (Pandas) aged 10 through 12 years.

Family Jiu-Jitsu: instructed classes for kids aged 3 through 6 years with an accompanying parent. Learn the basics of BJJ through play and movement, at a level suitable for the child.
Juniors’ Competition Class: Competition-focused training organized upon agreement. If you’re interested in competitions, contact your Teacher!
